Booth number: B6-123

From May 6 to 9, 2026, the 12th Indonesia International Seafood & Meat Expo (IISM) and Indonesia Cold Chain Expo (ICE) will be held at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). As the largest and longest-running seafood and cold chain industry event in Southeast Asia, the expo is expected to attract over 300 global exhibitors and more than 35,000 professional buyers.

Huadeax Automation will showcase its intelligent automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) designed specifically for cold chain applications. The solution integrates high-efficiency stacker cranes, four-way shuttle robots (RGVs), and intelligent lift systems, capable of operating in environments ranging from controlled refrigeration to ultra-low temperatures of -25°C and below.

To address industry challenges such as frost buildup, startup difficulties, and metal brittleness in low-temperature, high-humidity environments, Huadeax has optimized key mechanical components and control systems. For instance, its cold-chain four-way shuttle features low-temperature-resistant sensors, special lubricants, and fully enclosed drive mechanisms, ensuring high-precision positioning and stable operation even under extreme conditions.

On the software side, Huadeax will also demonstrate its self-developed Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS). This intelligent scheduling platform enables full digital traceability from inbound to storage and outbound operations. Algorithmic optimization significantly reduces dock transfer times, ensuring food quality and safety. The dual-engine approach of “hardware execution + software scheduling” has drawn considerable attention from fresh food e-commerce, supermarket chains, and third-party cold chain logistics companies.

Huadeax has accumulated extensive experience in the Southeast Asian cold chain market, with successful projects including a 50,000-ton seafood -25°C ASRS in Thailand and an -18°C ice cream automated warehouse in Indonesia. These projects demonstrate that Huadeax’s solutions not only withstand ultra-low temperatures but also handle complex power conditions and high-intensity operations in the region.

“Our presence in Indonesia is not just about entering a market, but also about testing our technology,” said Huadeax’s overseas market director. “We bring more than equipment — we provide full lifecycle services from initial planning and WMS/WCS systems to post-installation operation. Through this expo, we aim to empower local and Chinese-invested seafood processing and cold chain logistics companies in Indonesia to achieve genuine cost reduction and efficiency improvement.”
